Terms and Booking Policies Last updated: 2026 Thank you for considering Undone Ok for your wedding day.

These Terms and Booking Policies explain how inquiries, booking, payments, bridal previews, travel, and wedding day services are handled. Inquiry and Availability Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your wedding date. Your date is not secured until your contract is signed and your retainer is paid. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Retainer and Contract A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.

The retainer holds your date and is applied toward your total balance. Because Undone Ok turns away other inquiries once your date is reserved, retainers are non-refundable. Pricing Bridal services begin at the listed starting price. Final pricing may vary based on wedding location, timeline, party size, add-ons, travel, or special service needs.

Bridal Preview A bridal preview is a scheduled appointment to test and refine your wedding day hair look. Previews are recommended so we can talk through your vision, hair type, accessories, veil placement, and desired final style. Preview appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Wedding Day Schedule Undone Ok will help create a customized wedding day hair schedule based on the number of services, ceremony time, photography timeline, and venue access. Clients are responsible for ensuring everyone receiving services is present and ready at their scheduled time. Delays may affect the final timeline. Add-On Services Additional services may be available depending on timing and availability.

Any added services must be approved before the wedding day when possible. Last-minute add-ons are not guaranteed. Travel Travel fees may apply based on wedding location. Travel is currently billed at $0.75 per mile. Additional fees may apply for parking, valet, tolls, early start times, extended wait time, lodging, or locations requiring significant travel.

Payments Final payment is due according to the contract terms. Services may not be completed if payment is not received by the agreed deadline. Cancellations If the client cancels after booking, the retainer remains non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms may apply based on timing, services reserved, and the signed contract.

Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the new date is available, Undone Ok will make every reasonable effort to transfer the booking. If the new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including wedding date, location, timing, number of services, and any relevant hair details.

Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. Photos and Content Undone Ok may request permission to use photos or videos from the wedding day for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

Client privacy and preferences will be respected.

Limitation of Liability Undone Ok is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals, incorrect information, venue restrictions, weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside of our control.

Agreement By booking services with Undone Ok, you agree to these Terms and Booking Policies as well as the terms outlined in your signed contract.
